Land Title Guarantee Company is an Independent Agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company ( ORI- NYSE). Old Republic is our primary builder underwriter.

In our role as agent, we provide Land Title Builder customers with all the financial resources and claims paying ability that the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company has to offer. For the ninth consecutive year,Old Republic National Title Insurance Company has received Standard & Poor's highest rating awarded to a title insurance company, with Old Republic Title's current rating being AA-. These ratings reflect Old Republic Title's consolidated operating performance and excellent capitalization, good liquidity, sound investment strategy, reserve adequacy, market position and improved operating performance. Overall, Old Republic's unequaled ratings indicate secure claims-paying ability and high financial stability, an independent assessment yet to be matched by any other title underwriter.
