Title Work Turnaround Times

• Turnaround time for title work is first and foremost based upon the title deadline set forth in the contract - if provided. In most cases, for residential sale transactions, this is 3 days from the contract date. (Note: Internally from a production standpoint, we aim for a two day turnaround time in order to take delivery time into consideration.)
  
• Our refinance turnaround time goal is 3 days, however there may be adjustments based on market volume
  
• Junior Lender products have a goal of 24 hours
  
• RTs (Record Title), TGs (Title Guarantees), and Property Reports have a goal of 4 hours.
  
• Vendor Management products run from 24 to 48 hours depending on the type of product being provided.
