Our virtual closing with Land Title was exactly what you want a closing to be. It was personal as we were guided through step by step with our notary online. However, it was unbelievably convenient being able to close from our home, electronically signing everything we could and only having to mail in a few signatures via the self-addressed Fed Ex envelope provided to us. Every seller should be this fortunate to have this completed so professionally. Not to mention it was done in literally 7 minutes.

I have been meaning to write an email thanking Land Title for the amazing closing we had on 4092 South Odessa Circle Aurora CO. The process went so smoothly and was such a help to the seller who has 6 children and works at home. She was so appreciative of the ease with which she was able to close the loan and the great job Land Title did to help her with the paperwork. I realize this was an exception to our normal closing, however, if the State would allow video closings in some special cases this would be a real plus especially for older people or out of state buyers and sellers. Thanks, Land Title for the virtual closing option for sellers! We have taken advantage of it a few times in the past week and the process has been seamless. It is such a relief to both agents and sellers do not have to worry about going into a physical location during this trying time. The sellers have loved just having to sign a packet of e-documents, and then going onto Google Hangouts for a quick 5-10 minute signing with the notary. I hope that this is the future of our industry!
