Damien is a real estate and employment law specialist. In real estate, Damien helps his clients with a broad array of real estate related disputes and transactions. He has extensive experience in landlord/tenant law, easement and property line disputes and modifications, neighbor disputes, HOA litigation, actions to quiet title, and many other types of cases involving real property. He also assists brokers in connection with their efforts to buy, sell and manage real estate within DORA’s regulatory framework and in disciplinary cases before the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
