Water in Colorado
This course will outline the steps involved in evaluating water rights, forms of conveying water rights, the benefits of various forms of deeds and issues associated with water shares. It will also review paragraph 2.7 of the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate and understanding how this section needs to be completed, what documentation is needed for water transfer rights as well as best practices when addressing water rights.
