Since its inception thirteen years ago, Land Title has assisted sellers in obtaining and distributing HOA documents when requested. Land Title’s HOA Department is in-house, full-service and hassle-free.

  • Easy to order, simply let us know when you place a title order or have us save your preferences for future orders.
  • Review and verify for completeness with the 2019 Contract to Buy and Sell Residential Real Estate.
  • Any missing document(s) not provided by HOA will be disclosed to all parties.
  • Contract Date Management for Association Documents.

Benefits for Sellers:

  • No lengthy online form to fill out
  • No Special Agency Agreement between the seller and a third party
  • No upfront fee
  • No pre-authorizing of a credit card
  • No sharing of personal information such as username, password or account number

Service Fees:

  • $150.00 for 1 HOA
  • $250.00 for 2 or more HOA’s

DIY Option:

Land Title Seller Assisted
As always and as required by law, the most cost-effective way for a seller to procure the Association Documents required by the contract is to order or retrieve those documents themselves from their HOA. In line with our continued focus on consumers and customer service, Land Title’s HOA team is more than happy to help guide sellers in retrieving their documents by:

  • Assistance with looking up your HOA providing you with the Management Company, etc.
  • Informative flyer on best practices when working with your HOA or CAM to obtain Association Documents.
  • Checklist of all documents required with the 2019 Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate.
