Follow these three steps when requesting HOA documents:

  1. HOA Document Delivery. Tell Land Title that you’d like to use HOA Document Delivery when placing your title order.*
  2. Choose a delivery method.
    1. Linked email delivery: includes email delivery at no additional charge, links to view and download all documents
    2. CD or paper documents**
    3. Land Title’s transaction management system: view, download and print documents online
  3. Listing agent notification. Land Title provides the HOA documents to all parties as requested with an automatic notification sent to the listing agent when the documents are delivered.
