Land Title Aspen Office Move

Effective Monday, September 29, 2025, the Land Title Aspen office will be moving. Please note this will be the last day of in-person closings and earnest money drop-offs at this location.

Beginning Tuesday, September 30, 2025, customers can drop off earnest money at our Basalt and Glenwood Springs Land Title offices or contact Kimberly Parham directly, as she may be able to arrange for an earnest money pickup in Aspen.
