How to Upload IDs and Navigate Our Customer Portal

Land Title provides a safe, private portal for details and documents related to your transaction.

Effective immediately, our closing teams will request that both buyers and sellers upload identification cards to our secure portal early in the transaction. This protocol prioritizes security by helping to detect identity fraud at an early stage and before it can gain momentum.

In an era where cyber fraud is an unfortunate reality, we stay ahead of the curve by continuously refining our platform to help provide a safe, state-of-the-art environment for you and your customers.

We will still collect IDs at the closing table. Acceptable IDs include valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Other valid options include a Colorado identification card (non-driver), or a military ID. Some lenders may require a second form of ID, such as a social security card.
