Land Title’s 2024 Fall Charitable Campaign

Land Title’s 2024 Fall Charitable Campaign

During the month of October, Land Title is proudly engaging in its annual charitable campaign.

For each closing conducted during the month of October, Land Title will make a donation to three Colorado organizations: Camp Comfort, Judi’s House, and The Marshall Effect. These organizations promote mental health awareness and provide support for children and families.

Here is a bit more information about each of them:

Camp Comfort:

For nearly 30 years, Camp Comfort, Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice’s free bereavement camp has helped more than 1,900 grieving children ages 6 to 12 find a path through their grief. The program offers weekend, overnight camps in the mountains outside of Georgetown, as well as day camps in Golden. For more information visit: https://mtevans.org/services/camp-comfort/.

Judi’s House:

Drawing from nearly two decades of experience and learning, Judi’s House Comprehensive Grief Care® (CGC) Model positively impacts children through a developmental perspective that appreciates the uniqueness of every grief journey, while preventing and addressing complications of bereavement. Comprehensive Grief Care® advances a wellness approach to grief support that includes a continuum of preventive, whole child, family, and community services.

They believe supporting children grieving a death loss builds connection and coping that leads to healing. All services and programs are provided at no cost. They rely entirely on private donations and our community of dedicated volunteers to fulfill our mission. For more information visit: https://judishouse.org/.

The Marshall Effect:

The Marshall Effect was created to promote Ryan Marshall’s generous and giving nature. They remain committed to raising awareness and providing financial support for those at risk of self-harm or suicide. The Marshall Effect also seeks to carry on Ryan’s legacy of helping others and spreading kindness. You never know if someone you encounter is struggling, and showing kindness could be just what they need in order to “; keep going”! For more information visit: https://themarshalleffect.org/.
