NAIOP Colorado’s 23rd Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge is here! Presented by Land Title Guarantee Company and sponsored by the City of Thornton, Colorado
Graduate students from the University of Denver and the University of Colorado will compete in the 23rd Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge, presented by Land Title Guarantee Company and NAIOP Colorado. This year’s competition focuses on redeveloping the historic 15.6-acre Thornton Shopping Center into a sustainable, mixed-use community hub. Final project presentations will take place on April 30, 2025.
The City of Thornton, this year’s sponsor, seeks innovative proposals that balance retail, dining, social spaces, and limited residential use, creating a vibrant and tax-generating destination. “This event not only highlights impactful development opportunities like the Thornton Shopping Center but also brings together the brightest emerging talent in our industry,” said Luke Davidson, Sales Manager, Commercial Markets Team at Land Title Guarantee Company. “Year after year, it stands as the premier networking event for Colorado’s real estate community, fostering connections that shape the future.”
Tickets will be available through the NAIOP Colorado website in February. Don’t miss the chance to see these students tackle real-world redevelopment challenges and present their visionary solutions.
