Land Title provides a safe, private portal for details and documents related to your transaction. In an era where cyber fraud is an unfortunate reality, we stay ahead of the curve by continuously refining our platform to help provide a safe, state-of-the-art environment for you and your customers. As industry pioneers, we have evolved our portal to be more than a workspace, it is a one-stop location to view the details of the transaction, upload documents and fill out
required reporting.

How to Access the Portal
At the onset of a transaction, our closing teams will reach out with an invitation for you and your customers to join the portal in order to view and upload details specific to your deal. You can also access the portal by logging in or creating an account at ltgc.com – look for “Login” in the upper right corner.

The Status Tracker
Our Status Tracker provides a live view of the file status so that you are never wondering where things stand. The tracker can be found at the top of the file once you click into “View Details.”

Verified Wiring Instructions
With wire fraud at an all-time high, we are encouraging customers to safely view our wire instructions through our portal. Simply click on the “Wire Instructions” tab once you are in the portal.

Your Dedicated Team
View your closing team’s profiles and contact info directly in the portal, so you always know who to call with questions.

We are now asking for ID cards at the start of the transaction
Effective April 2026, Land Title will be asking buyers and sellers to upload their ID cards at the start of the transaction. There are many benefits: early verification can help eliminate identity fraud before the process gains momentum, and it can remove last-minute hurdles, ensuring a seamless experience when it is time to sign.
