Owner’s Title Insurance
Title Insurance, especially the Owner’s Policy, is important when purchasing a house or property. In general, it covers your interests as owner of the property and is typically issued in the amount of the real estate transaction. It is purchased for a one-time fee at closing and lasts as long as you or your heirs have an interest in the property.
